Quotes
A price given before we have seen the car is a starting price. A firm quote follows once we have assessed the paint at drop-off; work only begins once you have accepted it.
Gloss readings
Gloss-unit readings are measured with a 60-degree meter and recorded honestly. They describe the panels measured on the day and are not a guarantee of a specific figure on paint we have not yet seen.
Results and coatings
Coating longevity depends on how the car is used and washed. We will tell you what a coating can and cannot do before you book, and aftercare guidance is part of every coating handover.
Liability
We carry appropriate insurance and treat every car as our own. Pre-existing defects are noted at drop-off. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law.
