What we collect

When you use the booking form we receive the name, email, phone number and car details you enter. The form opens your own email app and sends the details to us directly; we do not run trackers or advertising cookies on this site.

What we do with it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, quote the work and arrange a slot. We do not sell them or pass them to third parties.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@sablecoat.example and we will action it.
